Went to Snozone finding a parking spot wasn’t too bad, which I appreciated. It did get busy though, and some of the spaces felt a bit tight, almost like they’ve tried to squeeze in as many cars as possible. Not a major issue, but on busy days it could definitely be better.

I booked online in just a few minutes i was almost suspicious because it was that simple. No hassle at all, and the confirmation came through straight away like magic. I was fully prepared for some annoying drama, but nope, it just worked.

We had a decent day there, but it wasn’t anything special. The booking part was a little confusing, and the staff felt like they was in a rush most of the time. The slope itself was fine, no big complaints there, but for the price it just didn’t feel super worth it. I don’t think we’d be rushing to go back anytime soon.

The queues were definitely a bit longer than I was hoping for, especially when we first got there and then again when sorting out the kit, so yeah, that part was a little frustrating at the time. But to be fair, the staff were really on it and kept things moving as much as they could, and once we were through all that, we actually had a really good time. I’d go again, just probably not at the busiest time if I can help it.

Stopped in after skiing and the hot drinks really hit the spot. To be fair, we only tried a small bit of the menu, but what we had was tasty and exactly what we needed to warm up

We had a really good time and felt like the price was fair for the amount of time we got. The kit was in decent shape too, which always makes a difference. It’s not exactly a cheap day out, so I’d say go in expecting to spend a bit, but for a fun experience with friends or family, it’s worth considering. I’d happily go again.

My experience was okay overall, but the customer service wasn’t quite as helpful as I’d hoped. Replies took a while, and when I did hear back, the answers were a little limited. Not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

The changing area felt cramped and not the cleanest. It made the whole visit feel a bit uncomfortable. I’d mention it to customer service, but I’m not sure it would actually get taken seriously

I went on a busy weekend and the queues did get long, but the staff did a good job keeping everyone moving. The whole experience felt fairly smooth overall, even with the crowds. A few clearer signs would definitely help, but it still felt organized enough.

The floors were clean enough, but the toilets definitely needed more attention. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to bring it up, so it wasn’t the smoothest experience

The safety checks felt rushed, and instead of feeling reassured, I kind of felt like they made it my problem to notice if something wasn’t right. It just didn’t feel very well managed...

I went in as a total beginner and was a little nervous, but the staff were really patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because it got busy and we ended up waiting around for a bit, but I guess that’s kind of expected sometimes, right? Overall, I’d definitely go back

When I first opened the kit, I noticed the boots and board had a few scuffs and marks, so my first impression was that it was a bit used. That said, once I actually tried everything out, it all worked fine and felt like decent quality. Not perfect cosmetically, but totally usable. I’d give it 4 stars overall.

The team was friendly when I reached out, and I appreciated that they responded. That said, my issue still hasn’t been sorted even after contacting them, which is frustrating. I’m hoping they can get it resolved soon because the service seemed promising otherwise

From what I remember, the snow was in really nice shape the whole time I was there. It didn’t have that icy, scraped-up feel I’ve run into at some other places, and the slope stayed smooth throughout the session. The staff seemed to keep on top of things too, so overall it made for a really easy, enjoyable ride.

I went with my partner and our two kids, it was a bit of a mix of “aw, this is lovely” and “why is this so chaotic?” The staff were friendly, and once the kids got their confidence, they absolutely loved the snow, which made me feel much better about the whole thing. It did feel safe too, which was a big relief.

The stressful part was how busy it got, especially trying to sort out boots and helmets while the kids were getting impatient. I was happy seeing them have fun, then immediately annoyed by the faff, then happy again when they were laughing on the snow. It’s not exactly a cheap family day out, but I’d probably go back, just definitely not on a weekend.

everything started right on time. no messing about, just a smooth and well-run session.

The instructor was nice enough, but I barely learned anything from the lesson. I went in thinking it would be helpful and worth the money, and now I just feel kind of stupid for trusting them. There really wasn’t much progress at all.
